This show is SO GOOD that it's been extended and will be up for another 2 weeks!!

This show is at New Image Art Gallery. It was supposed to be taken down on Feb 24th but was so succesful they're leaving it up until March 17th. Which means - if you haven't seen it yet, you still have time!!! Aren't you lucky.

So now I ask you -

Why are you still sitting there??

Get off your butt and GO SEE IT ALREADY!!

Ashira Siegel grew up Hasidic in Los Angeles, CA. She learned how to swim before she learned how to walk and started riding bicycles not long after that. Ashira lived in Israel for three years before moving to Brooklyn, NY where she became enmeshed in urban bicycle culture. Now back in Los Angeles, Ashira works in a variety of media including photography, glass, and ceramics, as well as various methods of printing and sewing. She remains loyal to documenting as a way of life and regrets ever leaving the house without a camera. Ashira sews smocks for Smockshop, has created a line of bicycle safety art accessories, and is currently working with used bar tape. Ashira also co-produces the Bicycle Film Festival in Los Angeles. This summer Ashira is floating down the Hudson River for three weeks with Swoon and Swimming Cities of Switchback Sea.
